I placed an order on the company's website on December 6th. Two weeks later, on December 20th, I'm still waiting for the items I ordered. The delivery is extremely slow and unacceptable; I won't be ordering from this company again. I had hoped to share these products with friends before Christmas, but now it seems like that won't happen. This will be my first and last order with them.

I thought I was purchasing something healthy (usually get dried mango), but today I bought salted caramel almonds and noticed rapeseed oil in the ingredients? Seriously? Never again. I feel like I paid to be disappointed, and it was quite expensive too.
I purchased some chocolate-covered nuts from a platform, and they tasted off due to improper storage. The platform refused to exchange or refund. I contacted the company directly, and the wonderful representative apologized for the experience and sent me a selection box of their most popular products. OUTSTANDING customer service. The representative deserves a promotion. I've tried some of the products, and they are delicious.😍
