I am extremely surprised and disappointed to find that 4 out of the 5 long shelf-life products I ordered (which typically have 1–2 years before expiration) have only one month left before they expire. This is unacceptable and was not indicated anywhere in the product description. I specifically ordered these items expecting a normal shelf life, not near-expired stock. ORDER NUMBER GM.UK128675 (03/02/2026) & RECEIPT NUMBER 1216-9367 . Despite submitting the Customer Contact Form twice, I have yet to receive any response from your team.

Those people working for customer service are a joke. They have managed to send my order, with some frozen products, the day that one of the worst storms hit the UK. The order was supposed to be delivered the next day, sent by royal mail, and today 3 days after still waiting my order. The worst think is that when I have email them that I want a refund because those products will be no good for consumption any more, they told me that because they put a couple of ice packs inside, will be good to consume. Really? I think you need food standard agency to your shop to have a little inspection. Still waiting to sort out a refund with them.
