Fraudulent company! I've refused a package with UPS as the customs fees were too high. UPS confirmed it was not a problem and that they would follow-up with the seller to send the package back as part of their service. Despite multiple messages to KicksOnFire both from me and UPS, they ignored us until the deadline for UPS return was expired so they can avoid refunding me (205$). Don't order from them!!!
Trash. Sneakers were stolen. And they refuse to refund or replace. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this site and the first time an issue occurs I’m basically told it’s on my card company not them. Also it’s doesn’t update tracking properly. Orders that come from china have no sure delivery date but the sad part is you don’t know that it’s coming internationally until after your purchase. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. NOT BECAUSE OF QUALITY BUT BECAUSE OF LIABILITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FLIGHT CLUB IS MORE PROFESSIONAL IN MY HONEST OPINION
