B12 continues to ignore my request for answers to my questions, which is Customer Service 101. It is now 12 days since my inquiry. After reading reviews here, and other sites there is an obvious pattern of avoidance behavior. In their recent reply, they stated that one of their Customer Support team members had reached out to me, This is FALSE!
Three weeks ago paid upfront for a new website and a monthly $100 fee. A different salesperson then contacted me to ask me if I was still interested even though I had paid close to $1000 ?? He seemed to not know I was already a client.I waited two weeks for a scheduled call with my “designer”. The day of the call, I received an email stating he was ill, with a link to schedule with someone else? That amounts to another two week wait. They haven’t done j s for me and I smell a rat. Run don’t walk.
Great experience working with the team! The team was very responsive and got the site up very quickly. They incorporated feedback very well into the design. I am very pleased with the outcome.
