Review Time
I am now in the throes of creating my 2nd website with B12. At first I didn't know you could chat with them daily on the site itself and it took a long while to get things going. Now that I've learned most of the design functions (I am a Graphic Designer), one can pretty much create whatever they like given their templates. If unsure, they answer me within a few hours. I am very happy with B12 now to the point I want to create websites for others. My first website with B12 (ResumeProducts.com) is now up and I'm happy with it. The only problems are (1) they don't have an order page set up and I had to go through JotForm to set up my order form; and (2) I can't get my digital products downloaded and have to process them myself, but they did say I could bring it into another program to have that done. We'll see what happens.
From start to finish, this has been a horrible experience with this company. They are not able to produce high-quality websites. You would be better off using Wix or Squarespace templates to produce a better quality site. They have not delivered the end product or other services quoted and paid for and they have refused to refund. I do not recommend working with them.
My business partner and I knew that we needed to create a website for our new business, but we know nothing about web design, SEO, platforms, etc. B12 was great to work with from the very first phone call. They answered our questions, walked us through the process, and even offered advice before we signed up. Once we started working on the design, Grace was great to collaborate with - she really listening to what we wanted and incorporated our feedback. We are very excited with the end product and look forward to growing the website with B12 as our business grows.
From the moment that I spoke with Dan, I knew that we were in the right hands. He truly listened to our needs and provided feedback as to what the company was able to offer. After grace took over, we had a review of our first draft. After requesting a few adjustments, they truly were able to create the website that we were looking for! We haven't finished the entire process, however are very satisfied with B12.
