Mixed messages

I will be writing two reviews. This is the higher of the two. I don't want to bring down B12's 4.2 average too much. I'm attempting to take my site elsewhere. I am not knowledgeable at all. So far, I've been told 3 different things. 1st sales (the site will be 100% movable - when I purchased the site); 2nd tech support when I inquired about moving the site (you will lose almost everything but the narrative); and, 3rd chat, today as I start to move the site (here is what you do to move the site.) We shall see how this turns out. Why am I moving? I'm moving because the maintenance cost, for me, is too high. The best B12 can offer is $99. My move is going to get me a rate of $19.99. I would have stayed with B12 for $49.99. That said, you can see from the above that at this point I'm not a happy camper.
