In September, I ordered multiple dresses with expedited shipping, paying an additional €50. Unfortunately, the dresses arrived late, rendering them unnecessary. I was presented with two choices: keep the dresses with a €70 compensation (on a total order exceeding €300) or return everything while covering both the return and customs fees myself, which is not compliant with applicable regulations. Moreover, the package needed to be sent back to China, despite the website having a .fr domain, which is quite misleading. During the return process, I was advised to declare a false low value (€30 instead of €300), which I declined. I opted to declare the full value, yet the package has been stuck at customs for a long time without clear updates or resolution. I suspect that the company is unwilling to cover the customs fees, which is why the package remains in limbo. They do not provide proactive updates on the status; I have to constantly send follow-up emails, yet there is no resolution or clear information from their end. This entire experience reflects a lack of transparency and proper management. I cannot endorse this service whatsoever.
The Flower Girl dress was truly stunning. The quality was impressive and the fabric was delightful to the touch. The service was also commendable — everything arrived promptly and matched the description perfectly. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
I measured myself and my measurements fit perfectly with the size I chose for this BRIDESMAID dress. The dress arrives and it is absolutely ENORMOUS. I could fit 2 of me inside this dress and the wedding I am in is in less than 2 weeks. So now im screwed. Not only did I pay $100 for this dress plus $30 expedited shipping, I now have to pay another $275 to get this dress altered and hope it will be done in time for the wedding. I am absolutely horrified with this purchase and I would like a refund.
This was the worst experience ever. I ordered a dress in September for my daughter to be part of her best friend wedding. I expedited the shipping 3-5 days. My daughter flew in from LA. The wedding was 10!13, we got the dress the nest day. I sent 10 emails and chats to get and update, only to be told to send an email. The email told me to track the dress. Needless to say we had to search for 7 hours to find something she could wear and it was horrible. Her dress did not match any of the other gowns. I have sent the dress back!!! The dress was ordered 3 weeks prior to the wedding, the extra $29.99 was a waste of money.
