This was one of the most frustrating ticket-buying experiences I've encountered. I attempted to buy tickets for a group of 10, but the order was cancelled twice, despite the platform clearly indicating that seats were available both times. It felt like a complete waste of time. To add to the frustration, the support team was unhelpful and provided no real solutions or explanations. If you're looking to buy tickets for a group, I would advise against relying on this service—they're unreliable and poorly organized. I won't be using this platform again.
I wish I could rate this experience lower. I was excited to attend a concert, dressed and ready, but when I arrived at the venue, I still hadn't received my ticket. I reached out to the support team, and the representative mentioned he would check with the seller. Unfortunately, the seller didn't respond, and the representative disconnected without following up. I found myself at the concert, unable to obtain my ticket, and the box office couldn't help since it was a third-party issue. Feeling embarrassed in my outfit after spending so much money, I ultimately left. I purchased the ticket over three weeks in advance, and I was devastated to drive home without attending. They only offered a refund of $145. The seller shouldn't be allowed to sell tickets in this manner. As a third-party platform, you should have secured the tickets ahead of time instead of relying on a seller for last-minute delivery—that's unacceptable. Other platforms manage this better. This experience was not only embarrassing but also degrading. I've since canceled my ticket for another upcoming concert, as I refuse to risk a similar situation. If you operate as a third-party service, prioritizing buyers is essential.

If you have any additional questions, please let us know here.Just let it be known, you can buy tickets from TickPick, pay for tickets, and then they can cancel with the explanation that they have already been sold. I asked about giving me the same section that was available per their best price guarantee and they said, since they canceled my sale, I could just buy the new tickets on their website at 4x the price of what I paid!!. A real disappointment that a company sells tickets, then cancels them and doesn't make it rigjt.. I guess paying a little extra on stubhub is worth it, as at least they honor their sales
The venue (Amos' Southend) was nice in that it was smaller/more intimate. I loved that there was a good variety of bands - 4 total - who were all quality. I loved the opportunity to meet with and pose for pics with the opener bands. The merch was overall reasonably priced, as was the beers!
