I placed an order on Thursday and received an email on Saturday stating the item was out of stock and that I would either have to wait for it to be restocked or accept an exchange. I requested a refund since the item hadn’t shipped. After sending four emails and contacting them through various social media platforms, I’ve received no response in 48 hours. This situation is extremely frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews before spending over $200. I’m left wondering if I’ll ever receive the doll, as they seem unwilling to issue a refund.
Very disappointing! Do not buy anything from this company. The doll I received looks nothing like what was advertised. Their website misleads customers into thinking returns go to California, but now they say I must send it back to China. I’m extremely disappointed with this company and their products.
The return process is terrible. I’ve been trying for three days to figure out how to return my item. The best they’ve offered is a 15% discount or an expensive return shipping fee of around £75 to send it back to America. This is unacceptable.
Do not trust this company. The product I received was damaged and did not match the advertisement. Their customer service is filled with misleading emails designed to avoid refunds. They refuse to honor their return policy, won’t provide a prepaid label, and require customers to pay for international shipping even for defective items. I've reported them to consumer protection authorities and recommend others do the same. Do not be fooled by their responses here; I spent three days trying to get help through their support email without success.
I ordered the Noah 16" full silicone doll from Ireland. Order was placed on 18th November and I received it on 2nd December the items are shipped from China so do take some time but overall was pretty quick. The doll itself is great quality and has all realistic body parts (boy part included lol) I ordered the 16" thinking it would be newborn size but it's more like a premie size baby so newborn clothes that I had bought will be too big unfortunately which is annoying. Other than that the doll is lovely and my 9 year old daughter is sure to love it.
I bought my 16-inch reborn baby doll and I am very satisfied. The description matches perfectly, she is very beautiful, full of details in skin tone, super soft and flexible just like a real baby. My daughter will be very happy for sure. As for the company, they are very quick in shipping the order and very helpful in answering any questions. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.
