Avoid this place! The images they showcase of the dolls are misleading! The doll I got looks nothing like what was shown, as clearly indicated in the photos below. The doll has differently shaped eyes, mismatched eyebrows, altered ears, a different face shape, hair, lips, no tongue, and improperly painted teeth. She is not soft at all. I reached out to them, and they offered to refund only 15% of my payment, despite their stated 30-day refund/return policy. I contacted them the very day I received the doll. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and now I'm in a rush to find an alternative. I am extremely frustrated! RUN! Don’t look back!! DO NOT ORDER from here! Additionally, their positive reviews are deceptive! If you read through them, you'll find many negative experiences.
I purchased a doll on 11/29/25 and received it on 12/9/25. The quality was very poor, and it did not resemble what was advertised. After requesting a return, I exchanged 22 emails with various representatives, all attempting to persuade me to accept a 25% refund instead. When I refused, they informed me that I couldn't return the doll to the California address on their website. I was instructed to send it back to China, as any package sent to the California address would be destroyed. To get a full refund, I had to use the address provided for returns in China. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money—avoid this service!
I ordered a doll for my daughter for Christmas, and I was incredibly delighted when I opened the box to reveal the doll. It is flawless in every aspect, and all the outfits and accessories it came with are fantastic. I can't wait to see my daughter's reaction when she unwraps it on Christmas! I had never understood the appeal of such dolls in places like nursing homes or for those dealing with loss, but the moment I held the doll, everything clicked. I was unprepared for the wave of emotions I felt and realized how much I missed holding a little one. It brought back so many memories of my own children when they were small, and I know I’ll likely hold it as much as my daughter will. I wholeheartedly recommend this service and will definitely order again for my other children (and perhaps for myself too!). The shipping was prompt, and the product surpassed my expectations.
Incredibly beautiful little girl. She arrived right on time, and when I opened the box, I instantly fell in love with her. I’m keeping her safe for Christmas morning under the tree, but I can’t resist taking a peek at our lovely girl every day. I’m so excited for my daughter to meet her on Christmas morning.
I bought the 16" Lucy doll, and she is absolutely beautiful, resembling a real baby. She has real eyelashes, soft skin, and is incredibly cute with finely crafted hair and eyebrows just like the image. She has a belly button, private parts, and adorable little fingers and toes. My 12-year-old is in love, and her outfit is amazing!
This site is a complete scam! I ordered a doll in early November, and it took weeks to arrive. Not only was it not the doll I ordered, but their communication is entirely through email. When I sent pictures showing the difference, I was told it was the same doll. The pictures they provide do not match the description of what you receive. When I checked their site for the original description, it was gone. I clicked on the doll I ordered in my email, and it led me to the one they sent! Do not purchase from this company; they do not allow returns.
