Amazing experience at the Leicester. We were finally able to choose our pushchair with the advice and help of the staff. They were patient and were able to show us as many different options as we wanted. Thank you very much

Terrible returns policy despite faulty product

BabyPlanet were thoroughly disinterested in the fact they had sold me a broken product and were adamant to charge me to send it back. They 'made it slot in' to prove it wasn't a bad product but after using this product, I know this wouldn't have been possible without using a lot of force and likely damaging to the product in the long-term. Would give them as a retailer zero stars if I could!
