*** AVOID***Non existent customer service. I have been waiting in the ‘customer service’ telephone queue daily to try and contact someone about an order I have placed. The closest I have got on hold is caller number 2 in the queue after over three and a half hours on hold. I have been emailing daily for 2 weeks and not had a response.I have tried to speak with their store for some support and they are blaming the issue on covid. I appreciate they may be short staffed and will wait my turn to have my query dealt with however there is no way of speaking with anyone!
I ordered a cotbed and the website said I would receive delivery in 7-10 working days. 11 working days later, I've heard nothing, no response to my emails and the phone isn't being answered.The prices look good... but the service is poor and the item won't turn up.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!Something super dodgy going on here. First my order is cancelled, then I receive an email saying it's on it's way yet the DHL tracking number doesn't work in their system. I tried emailing Baby Planet but no response a week later and I am 6 hours on hold. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous.
Would never buy from this company again. Poor customer service, no communication about my order which never turned up after many phone calls and emails. When you try to contact someone on their social media as a last resort, they ignore the message and delete the comments rather than spending time getting back to their customers.
I can not contact customer service as no one’s reply! I am still waiting for rest of my order which I ordered 2 month ago! Can not log in to my account! Can not leave feedback for 1 item arrived! So I leave it here. I ordered mamas&papas mattress which bent under my baby spine at first day and it does not come back to it shape. My baby keep rolling into the pit. Although it says use that side for babys before 1 year old. I wouldn’t say it’s good for theirs back. Hopefully someone is going to reply me in the end. I usually don’t leave reviews. I would better talk to someone. But with BABYPLANET I talk to myself. So they didn’t give me a chance.
I was very unsure about ordering from baby planet after reading the reviews, however I placed my order Wednesday for the mamas and papas occaro travel system and it arrived (today) Friday Afternoon. I received an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation with tracking number! Very pleased with my purchase and the deal I got on this bundle, will defiantly be ordering from here again in the future.
Ordered travel system and car seat November, with expected delivery in December, order didn't arrive until mid Jan with the wrong car seat, still waiting on the correct seat and baby is coming any day!! Customer services don't seem to understand the implications of not having a car seat in time for baby arriving!
***Avoid***I ordered a chicco 4in1 on November 15th which at the time had an delivery time of 2/4 days which was ideal.November 29th we were told via email our items had arrived and were due to be delivered on the 6th of december, which wasn't what we were told originally but put it down to the time of year/covid/delays and weren't overly concerned. The 6th of december had came and gone, therefore we emailed about the item, to be told it'll be the 13th. Guess what... Nothing came!Someone emailed to say the item has been delayed to week beginging 10th of January due to manufacturing issues, normally I'd buy this excuse but after being told our item HAD ARRIVED AND WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED THE 6TH OF DECEMBER, I knew then I was being lied to!Anyways on the 9th of January, I facebooked them for quickness after failed phone calls to ask which day it was coming as I cant just sit in all week waiting. To then be told unfortunately they haven't got them in yet due to chicco not sending enough to cover there orders.. Again probabaly either a lie or trying to fob me off. At this point im livid as not only is it delayed for the 4th time but no one bothers to contact you to tell you!I was told they are hopeful for next week, for the item to be delivered to myself. The week had been and gone. I emailed them on sunday along with a Facebook and Instagram message to ask where my order was and again the blame was shifted to chicco and was told unfortunately they will have to cancel my order as they cant keep up with orders and refund me. That was monday. Todays Wednesday no refund as of yet and doubt it I'll get it easy!They got caught out numours times lying to both me and my partner that it was laughable.The customer service is absolutely disgusting, you spend hundreds with them to not even be eligible for an email back!Worst company ever.To delay a product 2/3 months, to then cancel it and yet the put the blame onto the manufacturer when there they ones selling it on their website with zero warning when people are due babies and dont have all the time in the world. To be forced to sorce an alternative so close to my due date and £200 down is an absolute disgrace.Company is needing to get done for the amount of scamming I've now seen them get away with after looking deeply into them, if only I had before ordering!From now on I will stick to the go to companies for any purchase as yes you might have to pay a little more but least you dont have to suffer months of stress anxiety and left without item or money in your bank!
We attended the baby show in November which was great, and ended up spending over £800 with baby planet. A rather rude lady called to tell us our items would be delivered in December (even though we'd specifically requested delivery after Christmas at the show). We said no problem though and made space for everything. Once delivered one of the parcels was open and the item was damaged so we rejected delivery, these things happen though. Once looking through everything though we realised our cot was missing (very large item to go missing!) I contacted baby planet and they explained this was never attempted and they will get delivery rearranged. I had to chase up the damaged item multiple times since and still waiting for this to be dispatched again! Absolute waste of time, may as well wait for sales on the original websites!
Came across this company at the baby show which me and my partner attended in October in which we purchased with. We were given an “unbeatable” “price match” in comparison with the other company we was going to go with. We was told a 4-6 week wait in which the products came late which was fine we didn’t need them straight away. It probably took around 8 weeks to receive with having to contact the company due to no updates provided on their end. Now we have only received 2 out of 3 of the products we purchased which does not match their “unbeatable” price match they had stated at the show! I have called up 4 times trying to see where my other item is however, constantly given the run around told I will receive a call back or the item has been sent out and when I call back another person can’t locate information that the item has been sent out. I am now due in a weeks time and needed this item as apart of my hospital bag! I now have to go out and purchased elsewhere due to their unreliability and lack of professionalism. I have found this company to be very unprofessional as they have just constantly lied and been of no help. Would not purchase no baby items from them again. Looking at other reviews people who also purchased at the baby show, in store and online have basically stated the same thing. The baby show should cut ties with this company as they will be the reason as to why they receive a bad reputation. However, I did really enjoy the baby show and would go again just avoid purchasing products from company’s I’ve never came across or which have a long shipping time frame.
