It’s stated as free generator, then emails after 7 days that the free trial has expired. All plans are billed annually and no employee will answer emails or chat messages. Cancellation is equally difficult to control and all plans are stated ex Vat so you will be paying more per month than stated when it is very easy to state pre vat on plans. Terrible company
Not as much possibilities to design your QR than other companies, but for once this one is free, for real (not just for marketing). And it is performant for a decent use (e.g. it only created classic QR and not dynamic ones, for which, I understand the need for company to put a price on them). Very satisfied for now !
As others have pointed out, this site is shady and disreputable! They pretend to offer a "free" service which turns out to expire within a week, forcing one into an absurd annual plan to continue having the QR code active. Let's all bear in mind that many other reputable sites such as Canva and Adobe offer a truly free (and non-expiring) QR code even to non-subscribers. In my haste, I stuck one this company's QR codes onto a flyer advertising a non-profit theater's show, and then discovered to my horror that the postcards were suddenly useless. Money down the drain, and now I had to re-order my flyers, this time with an actual FREE QR code. I wrote the company explaining that I'd like a month-long activation (which was galling enough -- having to pay for something that was promised as free, and which everyone else offers for free), but they replied with the standard boilerplate explanation of their terms, never mind that the disclaimer is all the way at the bottom of their website. Shame on them! PS -- I assume that most of the 5-star reviews here are from fake accounts. They certainly come off that way, and there's no reason a non-profit company would want to subscribe for a service -- for a year, no less -- that is otherwise free elsewhere. AVOID!!!

The website offers "Free QR code editor" but with a small disclaimer at the bottom of the screen that will tell you, that the resulting QR code will work for free for only 7 days, then needing monthly subscription for it to work. Use any static QR code generator, that will work for free forever. Charging monthly subscription for keeping the QR code working is borderline scam. Keep clear from this website.
It seems all QR code creators are scams. This is the second time I dealt with such a scammer: I just got an email saying my code had been scanned but it didn't work because my free trial had ended.
My QR code is nowhere to be seen, so it can't be scanned. They just want me to pay. Well, forget it!!!
Nowhere in the ordering process was it made clear that the QR code that was created would expire. I printed a large item for a tradeshow next week which now has to be reprinted because the QR code will not be valid by the time the tradeshow comes around.
I previous wrote a 5 star review that this platform is marketed as a FREE QR platform. However, I would like to retract that review. I just received this message:

Keep your QR codes active by subscribing to our annual plan. With the subscription, you can create unlimited QR codes without any scan limits.
Now after I've printed marketing material, I am now on the hook for a minimum of $133. If I could rate them a zero (0) I would!
This company operates in a very questionable way. I purchased a one-time access to create a single QR code, and one year later I was charged €120 for a subscription renewal to a service I have never used again.
There was no clear reminder or transparent communication about this renewal. As far as I am aware, companies are expected to notify customers in advance before renewing subscriptions. I never received any reminder email, and when I asked for proof that such notification had been sent, I received no response.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses appear to be automated or copied from templates, without actually addressing the issue or providing concrete solutions.
This experience has been frustrating and feels highly unfair. I strongly recommend that others carefully review the subscription terms before making any purchase.
