AVOID!! purchased my pushchair in May and paid over £1800This has still not been delivered and a loan pushchair of lower quality was supplied. When we approached for discount as our child is now 2 months old and we have still not received it, we were told no as they have apparently done more than they need to by supplying a loan pushchair of lower standard. Despite us missing out of 2 months use of ours that we have paid so much for.The pushchair has still not arrived, trading standards will be informed. If you see these cowboys at baby shows, ignore the nice front they give you and avoid like the plague!
We attended the Leicester store and the service we received was simply brilliant. Mo was especially helpful, breaking down the different brands, the pros and cons and what would be best for our situation. Couldn’t recommend enough. You have to come here! It will clear the confusion and make everything simpler.
