Avoid cloudflare. Period.
Their subscription system is broken. You wanto upgrade to pro, you have to open a ticket and follow up and wait for weeks for techincal team to fix it, so you can finally upgrade your subcription.
But then it broke my website so I cancelled the subscription.
But this time the cancellation does not take effect (although manually done by the customer support). and they charge me the next month.
Then I have open a ticket and follow up AGAIN!
But then you get a stupid reply from a bot and no human support. Then you have to open another ticket. Drag. Drag. Drag!
I don't know how many times I will have to open this ticket again?!?!
You are charging me for a service I already cancelled. Its sickening to deal with you.

This lack of accountability allows scammers to keep targeting vulnerable individuals. The abuse is clear, the evidence is compelling, and the silence from the service is deeply irresponsible for an organization of this scale. If you prioritize internet safety, be warned: the service does not seem to take action even when clear criminal activities are reported to them.

The service has been very disappointing. My legitimate business website was abruptly flagged for phishing without any proper verification or investigation. Access to my domain was immediately restricted, damaging my business and reputation. The entire process is automated, slow, and offers no real support unless you pay for a premium plan. There’s no clear explanation, no way to talk to a human, and the abuse reporting system feels entirely one-sided. As a registered business, I expected a fair review, not an automatic block that disrupts my operations. The service needs to enhance transparency, customer support, and how it manages false abuse reports. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I am highly dissatisfied with their service.
