Review Time
I ordered a bag from this company on the 28th of November and it’s now 3 weeks later and it has still not arrived. I mailed customer service this morning and they did reply asking me to be patient and that my order is in transit. I wish I had read the reviews for Backpackbazaar before I placed an order. Never again 😑.
I recently ordered two bags from these people and they sent and charged me for three. One of the bags was a ladies handbag and as a man I have no need for. I informed them of there mistake, but they said it was too late and my order had been made up already. (This must be the fastest business in packing and sending) It was on the same day I informed them of there mistake. Now they are wasting my time and saying I could pay more for a bag of my choice and give the other bag to someone or pay extortionate rate in posting it back plus any custom fees. Never again will I order from them and I say to one ordering from them be careful!!!!
A really great product and at a super price but not until I had paid was I made aware that the backpack would be shipped from China. I chose a company that was a .co.uk on purpose thinking I would receive it in days but unfortunately it arrived a day before I returned from my holiday. Not much use then, eh!
