Review Time
This company is awful; avoid them at all costs. They claim to offer ‘fast UK delivery’, but fail to mention shipping from overseas. My hold-all took three weeks to arrive and was made of cheap materials. When I requested a return, they wanted me to cover shipping costs! Ignore their recent fake reviews and do not shop here.
Do not engage this service. They are not based locally and actually operate from overseas. I thought they were local when I placed my order in early December. The bag was intended as a Christmas gift, but it STILL hasn't arrived. I doubt it will come at all. I'm frustrated and feel scammed. I do not recommend this service and advise others to stay away.
Fast and free delivery! Absolutely NOT. EXCUSE, AFTER EXCUSE. Then 11 days after many emails, they say it's been despatched, then immediately they send me an email asking if I was enjoying the item!? Which I still haven't received yet. My advice, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. 0 Rating.
Still waiting for an item I placed an order for on 11th December. It’s now Boxing Day and was intended for a Christmas present. It is not in fact fast delivery it’s at this point no delivery. Complained and received an inadequate response. Their clearly no arsed about their customers. Buyer beware
