Backyard Provider has very good customer service. I waited on my review for a while, because I wanted to ensure the Basketball Hoop was installed and used. But getting in touch was easy and pain-less. I was hoping for a little faster shipping, but its hard to know shipping timing, with large items coming all the way across the country. Especially with winter weather. They were easy to get a hold of, and gave a great estimated date of arrival which was helpful to schedule the cement delivery, to install the hoop. The hoops in and works great, plus Backyard Provider had incredible pricing. I will definitely be doing repeat business with them.
From Several days i try to find the exact same model Air Conditioner "Senville AURA 24000 BTU Mini Split Concealed Duct Air Conditionar and Heat Pump - SENA/24HF/ID" but i cant fidn it but at last backyardprovider have it. Thanks for vise range of collections.
I ordered a $1,600 Stanley Hydraulics Underwater Hydraulic Chainsaw, never received a confirmation email, order number or anything. The money has been deducted from my account but nothing from them. check all my spam filters and junk box. Their phone number just says "they can't answer calls", left a message but no response, sent an email to their support number no response either.

To make things worse, they were still selling the same product at a higher price at the time of cancellation. It seems they set the price too low initially and chose not to honor the sale. Their pricing practices felt dishonest, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
