Paying over $100 for a dress, I would expect a certain level of quality. The fabric and quality of craftsmanship on these dresses is. Just. Awful. I don’t mind the prices but I want the dress to feel like it’s not from SHEIN. Obviously would’ve preferred to pay for something cheaper because that’s what the quality of this fabric feels like.

Side note that other people complain about the return to store credit only. I wouldn’t mind this if I could find something that was actually worth the $100 I spent. You’re getting less than the quality of Amazon here. Just don’t do it

I purchased a dress on final sale, fully understanding that it wouldn’t be returnable. However, I did not purchase a dress that is completely unwearable. The dress that was delivered is faulty — it twists and wraps around itself in such a way that it’s impossible to even put on properly. This isn’t a matter of sizing or personal preference; the garment is fundamentally unwearable.

I’ve sent multiple emails and received no reply. I’ve also tried calling customer service, only to be left on hold with “please wait a moment” music that eventually cuts off without anyone answering. The lack of response is beyond frustrating. I’ve made every reasonable attempt to resolve this directly, but I’ve been met with complete silence.

I understand final sale policies. But a final sale does not mean a customer should be stuck with a defective item. I purchased this dress in good faith, expecting a wearable product. Instead, I received something faulty. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I find this level of service appalling. Ignoring customers who receive defective merchandise is unacceptable.

I’m not even able to resell the dress to recoup some of my money because it cannot be worn at all. At this point, it feels less like a bad shopping experience and more like being taken advantage of.

I expect to be refunded for a faulty dress — even if it was marked as final sale. A policy should not override basic consumer rights when the item itself is defective

Terrible customer service. My package is missing. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and using their chat bot multiple times and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone to assist. Impossible to get ahold of and don’t recommend ordering from here. Still isn’t resolved.

I found the dresses I ordered to be of pretty poor quality especially for the price. You can get much better quality for the same price from other brands - Vesper for example. I also was shocked to find out the costs attached to the returns process £15 penalty to have a monetary refund or £5 penalty for store credit. I find it pretty ridiculous that you can't just have a refund for free like 99% of other companies do. For this reason, I wouldn't buy from this site again.

Initial concerns overshadowed by excellent customer support

At first, I was not very impressed after noticing the various fees linked to receiving my order in the UK, along with the costs for any returns. I attempted to cancel my order within the first 10 minutes through their online cancellation form and email, but unfortunately, the order was dispatched quickly. While this can be seen as a positive, what truly turned things around was the outstanding assistance I received from a representative in customer care. They arranged a hassle-free return at no cost! When my refund was mistakenly credited as store credit, I reached out again and it was resolved immediately. Truly a 5-star experience thanks to the fantastic support!

Caution: Disappointing Experience

Exercise caution if considering an order here. This was my first and last experience. The dresses arrived quickly, indicating they likely didn't ship from Australia. A £15 refund fee and £12 postage & packaging fee were taken from my refund. The quality of the dresses was poor, which is why I am returning them. I recommend looking elsewhere!
