I recently purchased a pair, but sadly I received the incorrect size. I contacted customer support to inquire about an exchange. They quickly handled my request, and within five days, I received the correct size at no additional cost.
This should be labeled as subpar workwear, as it's only suitable for basic tasks like taking out the trash or weeding in the garden. The quality is lacking, and nothing comes with a warranty. I'm still waiting for my replacement. Don't waste your money on this; even a pair of flip-flops would offer better quality and durability.

The site is user-friendly, but that’s where the positives end! I ordered trousers but received someone else's order. After notifying support, I was told to initiate a return. During the process, I discovered I was being charged a 'handling' fee for a return of an item I never received. I asked for clarification, and they agreed to waive the fee, but I’ve only been refunded part of my money so far, with no further communication from support.
These boots are the worst I've ever encountered! They charge £10 to refund your original payment method when returning items. The trousers fit too small, and the waterproof hoodie is too thin for the price; it won’t keep you warm in winter. I decided to send that back as well. I can’t believe they charge for a refund if you don’t accept a voucher. I recommend avoiding this.
