Disappointing quality for workwear

This should be labeled as subpar workwear, as it's only suitable for basic tasks like taking out the trash or weeding in the garden. The quality is lacking, and nothing comes with a warranty. I'm still waiting for my replacement. Don't waste your money on this; even a pair of flip-flops would offer better quality and durability.

Quite disappointing

I bought the so-called 'waterproof hoodie' and found it lacking during a light rain, leaving me with damp patches on my shirt. The hood is small, and the front zip pocket isn't large enough for my phone. Overall, I'm really disappointed.

Not worth it

The site is user-friendly, but that’s where the positives end! I ordered trousers but received someone else's order. After notifying support, I was told to initiate a return. During the process, I discovered I was being charged a 'handling' fee for a return of an item I never received. I asked for clarification, and they agreed to waive the fee, but I’ve only been refunded part of my money so far, with no further communication from support.

Avoid this brand at all costs

These boots are the worst I've ever encountered! I purchased a pair that were marketed as 'workwear', but within two weeks, the material over the steel toe cap began to wear, and the steel fell out of the left boot shortly after. I contacted customer service, and although they replied, I was instructed to follow their warranty process. I never heard back despite following up. This is a disappointing excuse for a company and product. If I could, I would give a negative star rating.

Subpar product and poor warranty service

I bought a pair of shorts that ripped between the legs in under a month. They sent a replacement, but that pair failed in the same way within two months, and now I'm past the warranty period. The quality is poor, and it isn't worth the money.

Unexpected return charges

They charge £10 to refund your original payment method when returning items. The trousers fit too small, and the waterproof hoodie is too thin for the price; it won’t keep you warm in winter. I decided to send that back as well. I can’t believe they charge for a refund if you don’t accept a voucher. I recommend avoiding this.
