Love going to look at Tu clothing. Theres always something to aspire to have or buy. Pity the only Sainsburys with Tu clothing near me has made the silly decision to have less aisles of clothing.
I love shopping with TU at Sainsburys as its so easy & convenient. After placing an order it arrives in the store within 3 or 4 days , sometimes sooner & am notified when the order is ready to collect. Also, returns are free if taken to the store.
I ordered two different sizes to compare, but ended up with two of the same size. Fortunately, the size 16 worked, but it was disappointing not to have the option to try them side by side. There were no alternatives in the store, and with changing rooms unavailable, I had no choice but to order online.
I attempted to place an order online multiple times, but kept getting the message "please retry, please retry". Ultimately, I gave up. I also noticed that the same brown tapered leg trousers I purchased in-store were £10 more expensive online, which I found quite disappointing.
The returns guidelines on the website were incorrect. I wasted an hour on a refund trip only to find out I couldn't return to the designated location. The website stated I could return items to any specified store or collection point, but I was informed otherwise.
