I was led to believe that by completing a survey I could possibly receive a grill. I completed the survey and was asked to pay by secure payment method a fee of $9.00. When I entered my payment, I was charged $30.00 and was given the option of a flat screen tv which I had no interest in. There was no longer any mention of possibly getting a grill for $9. I requested a cancellation to whatever release I had unknowingly signed up for.

I never purchased this. However, when I contacted the company, Edith was very helpful and fully reimbursed me for what had been charged to my credit card.
