The company should also try to request notification of transactions on accounts for approval before withdrawing cash from people's accounts, and improve its refund policy in case of mistaken transactions or fraudulent options. In my case, my account was credited because someone gained access to my ATM card and used my information to carry out a transaction without my authorization.
