It all started when I, stupidly ordered the SHEIN package. 3 other sites, with out me knowing got me in a membership that I knew nothing about. They, the sites denied it, but I know when this mess started. End of story I am out over $80.00 for a $9.99 special which I have doubt I will ever see. UPDATE: As of 11/21/25, I am out $134.12. Very hard to get ahold of them. Blocking card. Don’t fall for the great SHEIN deal. What an idiot I am.
Talking to me. I was tricked to come to this web page. I sent $ 9.95 to get a box of clothing for my self. But instead I ended up here and more money taken from me. Please help me get any money deducted from me and cancel my subscription please thank you
I did not subscribe to this company in any way shape or form and somehow was charged for a membership. I spoke with Andy in chat and he was able to get the membership canceled. Edith has taken a step further and is able to refund my account. I truly appreciate both of their efforts. I am a male so I would not be interested in purses or bags. No disrespect. I am very satisfied with this outcome. Again thank you very much.
I paid for an iPhone and instead got a subscription to this website. Jeremy is very helpful with handling the situation in attempting to correct it. I was told my money was not refundable at all but he found a way to get me at least half of what I spent.
