I watched this brand for a long time and finally got the nerve to buy.. very glad I did! Hands down the best swimwear I’ve purchased so far. The fit is *chefskiss*! Beautiful quality, feels amazing. I followed the sizing recommendations for the bottoms and wasn’t surprised when they were tough to get on (was prepared for that!) but the fit once on is perfect. And I sized up in the wrap bikini top for extra coverage for the girls. If I bought the two piece I’d probably follow the sizing recommendation. Already saving for my next pair.
So Versatile and Stylish!I’ve had two sets of swimwear from Baiia, and I absolutely love them! The mix-and-match design gives me so many styling options—it feels like I have a whole wardrobe of bikinis just from those two sets. I’m planning to get two more sets, and I honestly think I’ll be set for life. With just a few pieces, I can create hundreds of combinations. Stylish, sustainable, and super practical—what more could you ask for?
Terrible company to deal with, it seems they actually don’t care. Cannot return for a refund even though 30 day returns stated, that’s only for a size change!The swimsuit looked absolutely horrible on me so I entered into an email war of which they kept stating the same thing, NO REFUNDS. Every email took 2 - 4 days for them to reply. Returned the goods and am still waiting on a credit 4 days later. They are expensive swimsuits and I would never have purchased it if I’d known they would not refund. They don’t give a damn. Would not recommend.
I am a girl who knows swimsuits. You could say I have a collection of about 40- give or take a few. So when I say that Baiia has quite possibly ruined all other swimsuits for me, it is coming from a place of intensive research and hours put in. But I have never met a higher quality, more flattering swimsuit than I have with Baiia. Not to mention they’re incredibly helpful their team was to help find the right size, and even change my shipping address when I made an error. Every time a new print comes out I have to stop myself from spending all of my money on them because they really are just that good.
Avoid This Store! Terrible Return Policy and Customer ServiceI had a very frustrating experience with this store, and I want to warn others before making a purchase. First, their return policy is a huge disappointment—it’s store credit only, which means you’re stuck with an unwanted item. I had a conversation with their "fit" expert about sizing, but even after following their advice, I wasn't satisfied with the suit. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund and only provided store credit. A pricey mistake.On top of that, they charge a hidden $8.50 shipping fee—even though they advertise "free shipping." There’s no clear explanation for this charge, which felt very misleading. And when you decide you want to return the items for store credit you have to pay $25 for a DHL return label. All this should be disclosed up front people.Finally, they make it difficult to post a review. I had to go through Trustpilot to post this review.
Love the feel and quality of my Bridgette swimsuit, love how easy it is to change the look and make it look so sophisticated. Also love that I can pay it off through afterpay, as it is pricey though I feel it’s a high end garment, so definitely worth the money.
