Initially, I really liked this machine.

Initially, I really liked this machine. Occasionally, I received a message to "clean needle." I followed the advice to clean, flush, and descale with a water/vinegar solution. However, after about 3 months, I kept getting error messages about the "clean needle." Despite cleaning, flushing, descaling, and unplugging to reset, the k-cup portion of the machine stopped working completely. I've only had it for 3 months! I'm convinced that the positive reviews are from initial impressions, not from extended use. Avoid this product; you will regret it.

Professional mixer issues

I received a professional mixer as a gift. After a couple of months, it stopped working. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and said they needed proof of purchase. I decided to investigate myself and found that the coupler had disengaged. When I asked if I could buy it as a spare part, they informed me that it should never come apart and isn't available. I would not recommend this brand due to poor build quality and customer service.

Poor processing and customer service

I ordered a steamer, but my order was stuck in ‘label created’ status for seven days before it was even received by the carrier. Customer service sent me generic responses and didn’t seem to understand my inquiries. It took a week for my package to enter the mail stream, which was unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from this brand. Forget about getting anyone on the phone. I should have chosen a site with better customer service.

This brand is one of the worst

This brand is one of the worst. I have two different blenders and tried blending some pre-cut carrots. It should be easy, right? Not for these blenders. After an hour, I found a small plastic piece in one of them. They are also very loud and ineffective. Please avoid these blenders; they are the worst.

Terrible customer service

I've encountered the worst customer service. They advertise a warranty for their products but provide nothing. Customer service gave us the address of their authorized service center, but when we arrived, they said they had no confirmation. When I called customer service again, they stated they wouldn’t send any confirmation and that we had to manage with the service center as they had different procedures. They offered to ship a new product, but the shipping fee isn't covered by the warranty and exceeds half of the product's purchase cost.

Never again with this freezer

I bought an upright freezer from a wholesale store in February. When I returned home in August, I found a mess with defrosted berries and juice leaking from the door. The company handles the warranty. I contacted them in August and was told a check would take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I was shocked at the long wait time. They said it was coming from another country. My freezer lasted barely 6 months, resulting in lost food, and now I'm waiting months for a replacement check. Not everyone can afford to buy a new freezer while waiting.

I won’t buy from them again

I will not purchase another product from this company. The product manual mentions a 5-year warranty, but that only applies in another country. The warranty in my country is only 3 years. I waited on hold for an hour to learn this. I bought a specific model that has no replaceable part for the drive coupling. The customer service is poor, and so is the product.

Disappointed with Flexbrew 49902

I'm very disappointed! Regarding the Flexbrew 49902, this product is not built to last. I bought it in February, and it stopped brewing in October. After 20 minutes on hold with customer service, they only offered me a 15% discount if I bought another one on their website.
