I’m from the United States, and the ladies with Baiia customer support were great! I had to make two returns to find the perfect suit for me and they were so helpful. I want people to know that if they aren’t answering your emails, go to the website and contact them through the post purchase tab. (One of my emails went to their spam, but when I used the website to contact them they responded right away and apologized profusely!) Love my wrapsuit too. It definitely gets more comfortable as you wear it! I wore it white water rafting, and it didn’t move at all and was very comfortable!
I have a four piece bikini set and it’s it just what I have been searching for over the last few years. I am travelling backpacking soon and it is so perfect since I get so many options for 1 suit. I’ve also gained a bit of weight and was worried about what suit I would take travelling but this one tucks everything in so nicely and makes me feel really good about wearing a swimsuit again. So excited! I love it!
What a professional company with swimwear that is beautiful, comfortable and top quality. Worth every penny. Their customer service experience was over the top. They work hard to make sure you have the perfect fit. You'll definitely want multiples.
Not for fat ladiesI ordered on of the larger sizes. What I noticed right away is that the with of the crotch looks like it is the same from any straight sizes. The crotch is also too long. So I was left tugging it back and forth. Either the butt gapes or the front shows way too much. The top is too much fabric. When you later the top pieces. It ends up bunch and constrictive. Pinching and strangling me. It was more uncomfortable then a cheep corset. I am not even attempting to return as I do t have the original packaging and I am in the US. I’m disappointed. The color and texture are stunning but I just can’t. I will probably shorten the crotch and see if I can make that work for the bottom at lease. I am a fair seamstress but I don’t have much hope.
I accidentally bought the wrong size and the people at Baiia were so lovely in getting me the correct one. I went through the sizing consult and ended up with a suit that fits like it was made for me. Thanks so much, I’m very happy with my new swimsuit.
