In early October, my EV charger fuse kept tripping. On October 17, the installation team arrived and replaced the fuse for a reasonable fee. However, in early November, I experienced main power supply interruptions while charging my EV. After reporting this, a representative came on November 24 to replace both the EV charger fuse and the main fuse. Since then, I've had no issues while charging my EV. I am very satisfied with their support.
I received very prompt service after being referred. Within 24 hours, I submitted a straightforward survey that initiated an authorization request. Following the go-ahead, installation was arranged and completed swiftly. I truly cannot fault their service - it was absolutely exceptional. A big thank you from me.

The service was really easy to work with. They had plenty of availability to schedule a time that suited me for my charger installation. They even called to offer an earlier time after a cancellation. The engineer arrived on time, was very helpful and polite, and showed me how to use the charger while explaining additional features.
