Defective product and unhelpful support

The lightsaber did not function correctly. I reached out to customer support, and they instructed me to return it without offering to cover shipping. It's disappointing that a new item didn't work.

Extremely poor quality

This is by far the worst lightsaber I have ever bought. It's oversized to the point of being difficult to handle, missing the blade tip, and the light only works on part of the blade. Unlike other brands with built-in charging, this one has a loose battery pack that makes noise. The handle is poorly designed and feels like it could fall apart. The sound is subpar, and you only get one color. To make matters worse, despite free shipping, I faced an unexpected $47 charge just to get it into Canada. Save your money and choose a different seller; I've had better experiences with cheaper options.

Received a non-functional saber

I received my lightsaber, and it didn't work right out of the box. EDIT: Now they will only reimburse $25 for return shipping to fix it and are refusing a refund for my defective item. I won't purchase from this company again.

Unreasonable return policy

There's a 20% restocking fee, and you have to pay for your own return shipping. This is completely unreasonable in today's market.

Cancellation issues

I placed an order and immediately requested a cancellation via email. After several exchanges, I was told I could not cancel without a hefty restocking fee for an item they hadn't even processed yet. The customer service was terrible. I won't be returning.

Frustrating experience with the product

The custom hilt I received couldn't change colors. I had to send it back for repairs. While it worked for a short time, the sound chip started malfunctioning, affecting the lights. I followed their troubleshooting steps but ended up breaking a fragile solder joint while trying to remove the battery. The wiring and soldering are poor quality. Having to keep sending it back is frustrating. They promise a product they can't deliver on. It might as well say another brand on the side.

Poorly made products at high prices

These lightsabers are poorly constructed and overpriced. The one I bought broke within a month. The customer service team showed no sympathy for the cost, and when I attempted to return it for repairs (as they instructed), they refused to accept the package, leaving me with shipping costs.

Disappointing customer service

Pay attention to the reviews; I ignored them and had a terrible experience. My package was stolen, and when I reported it, the response from customer service was to blame me. They denied a refund despite all the evidence I provided. They showed no sympathy, stating it was my fault for authorizing a signature release. Do not order from them; if you encounter any issues, you're stuck with the product. You're better off with other platforms that value customer service.
