The video recorder served me well for many years. However, I recently received a notification indicating that I could no longer use my current version and needed to upgrade (for a fee) to the 2025 version. It functions as expected, but I found that it won't work on several YouTube videos due to copyright restrictions. I suppose that's not the fault of the service. Overall, it's a solid recorder.
Wow!Since 2020 many companies with lifetime licenses just deleted them and pretended they never existed.However, that wasn't the case with Bandicam. The AI chat bot helped with the right information and I was able to retrieve my registration details.I wasn't really expecting such honesty. Bandicam have done things the right way!Well done, great company!
I have been using Bandicam/Bandicut for nearly 4 years without any issues using Win 10. Microsoft terminated Win 10 support Oct. 14 incentivizing me to install Win 11. The installation wiped out everything related to Bandicam/Bandicut, hence I desperately needed tech support. Anticipating an oncoming hassle, I texted support with my issue. Their response was prompt, informative, uplifting, cordial, professional and a pleasant surprise. Their swift resolutions along with continued communications regarding upgrades, uses on other computers etc. further reinforced my admiration for their sincerity and concern for professional customer support.
