Review Time
I placed two orders recently and received new camera equipment as expected. Prices were very good. Parcel tracking info was provided by Royal Mail once the items had reached the UK.
Normally I don't do reviews but after their first email I knew I will this time. After they packed my lens they even sent me photo evidence that it's packed and ready to ship. Excellent communication in every way. The lens itself is well packed and obviosly in perfectly good condition and the prices.. just absolutely amazing.
I keep telling them I want to return products but they keep saying it is 14 days which is 30 days universally. I also demand a real invoice for products because everything has been purchased from company accounts and they don’t even send an email. Terrible company stay away from them.
Was skeptical at first, but a friend recommended this shop. Now I can recommend this shop as well as they are a legit web shop with great pricesa. They even sent a photo of the package before sending.
I've ordered multiple times from e-infin and I'm glad to say that this may be the best site in Europe for gear such as camera and lenses. The prices are fair. I love how they send me a picture of the gear before and after they put it in the box to be sent.
There is one small downside, the fact that they offer only 1year warranty. But in most instances it's worth the trade off for the price of the gear, and i've never encountered a problem in order to need the warranty at all.
