There were no tags, and I wasted $60 on what turned out to be a rag. It barely resembled the photo, aside from the color. The website is now closed, and my refund emails are bouncing back. This feels like a complete scam, and I'm really frustrated. I had thought I was ordering from a reputable store I had visited before.

Indeed, this is a scam. I ordered a women's coat advertised as an 'Elegant, Textured Coat' on sale for $104.95. I received a coat (if that's what you can call it), but the material is incredibly cheap and thin, without any lining, and nowhere near as nice as the image. It shipped directly from overseas, not from the advertised location!
