It's not worth it. I should have paid more attention to the reviews, but I tried to give them a chance. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item, which they claimed was gold but is actually silver. Don't waste your time. Luckily, I used a payment service and have opened a case for a refund. UPDATE - The support team is pressuring me to keep the wrong item!
Dealing with this company has been frustrating. I haven't received multiple orders from June to September. I reached out about the missing items, and they initially assured me they'd ship soon but eventually stopped responding. They even guaranteed the safety of my money despite my concerns. The few items I received were disappointing compared to their photos.
I used this platform back in September and received my order after a long wait. The opal I purchased turned out to be just acrylic, not a real stone. The same goes for the tennis bracelet, which they valued at $1200 but is essentially costume jewelry. The amethyst they claimed was real also turned out to be fake. This is a complete scam. Don't waste your money!
These are scammers! Please avoid this seller unless you want to be ripped off. The products I received were of extremely poor quality. I've received better items from a holiday cracker! I'm still waiting for a diamond ring I purchased in January, and it's now April with no customer service response. This is not a legitimate American company as claimed; all my packages came from overseas.
