Small Sizes and Frustrating Returns

I usually wear a standard size XL/14-16. I ordered two XL dresses, but they were at least 3" too small to zip up. When I tried to return one, I was told the return was denied because it looked worn. I only tried it on briefly, as it was too small for me to wear anywhere. I do not recommend ordering. The shipping was slow, and the return policy is quite frustrating.

Disappointing Experience with the Company

I had a disappointing experience with the company. I ordered a dress for an event, tried it on once, and it didn't fit. When I returned it, I was told I had to cover the return shipping cost ($15), and upon its arrival, they claimed it was in unwearable condition. The tags were still attached, and I never wore the dress. They even alleged there were deodorant stains on it. The quality was poor for a $90 dress.

Extremely Poor Service

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER. The customer service is terrible. You have to pay to return items for store credit. It feels like a scam, and the items are made of low-quality material.

Frustrating Return Experience

I received multiple ads for a dress that caught my attention. After purchasing, it arrived with a strong chemical smell. The shape was unflattering, and the material felt cheap. They don’t offer refunds, so I was willing to accept store credit to try something else. However, since I used a coupon, they wouldn’t allow me to return it for credit either. Instead, they offered to let me pay for shipping back to them for a different size, which was unreasonable. Terrible customer service, and I won’t buy from them again.

Unsatisfactory Quality and Return Policy

I ordered without checking the return policy and learned they do not issue refunds. I had to pay $25 to return the item myself. The dress I received was of poor quality for $100. I wouldn't recommend this shop as they seem uninterested in customer satisfaction. As someone looking for larger sizes, I found nothing appealing, and now I have to spend $200 on poorly made clothes that I don’t want.

Difficult to Contact Customer Support

It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone! There’s no phone number available, making it feel like they are hiding. They only offer credit for returns, but you cannot use your return code.

Poor Quality for High Price

The dress I received was very poorly made and cost $150! That’s unbelievable. I was just looking for a dress for a wedding, and it felt like a parachute. Not everyone has endless funds to spend on low-quality items! I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Unacceptable Return Policy

I ordered a dress, and it was way too large for a small size. After trying it on, I returned it and requested an exchange, but they claimed it was unreturnable in the condition I sent it. I hadn’t even worn it, and the tags were still attached. This company does not stand behind its products, even for simple exchanges. Very unethical.
