I’m exhausted, jet-lagged, and not even fully settled in—yet I felt compelled to share why I’m still relishing my Umrah with Bani Adam Tours.This was my fifth trip to Saudi Arabia—my first for Hajj, followed by three Umrahs with various Hajj/Umrah groups, many of whom made promises they simply could not keep. So when I say that this experience exceeded every expectation, I’m not being pollyannaish or overly generous. Bani Adam Tours is, without question, the most organized Umrah group I have ever traveled with.From the very beginning, the booking process was stress-free, transparent, and clearly communicated. After my initial online connection, I spoke with Ayoub, submitted my passport, and my visa was processed immediately. Pricing was straightforward—no hidden fees, no surprises.I’ll be honest: when Ayoub promised what sounded like “pie in the sky,” I was skeptical. I had heard similar assurances on previous trips. This time, however, every promise was fulfilled—and then some.Both Makkah and Madinah hotels were truly 5+ star, ideally located within close proximity to Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah and Al-Masjid al-Haram in Makkah. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, featuring banquet-style breakfast buffets and culminating in a beautiful, private farewell dinner that was both elegant and heartfelt.All ground transportation was flawless—prompt, clean, and professional—from airport arrival to hotel transfers, guided tours, and departure back to the airport.Every spiritual and historical site we visited was explained with depth and clarity. Ayoub, Muhammad, and Ahmed were consistently present, accessible, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their leadership and care were evident at every stage.Before we even reached Makkah, Ayoub provided each of us with a du‘ā’ book sourced from authentic Hadith and carefully instructed us on how to properly don the ihram. We were taught, step by step, everything needed to complete Umrah correctly and confidently.True to the KISS principle (Keep It Simple), the Umrah itself was beautifully organized. After arriving in Makkah, we performed Umrah following the ‘Isha prayer. Ayoub divided us into smaller groups with designated leaders, allowing the process to remain calm and focused. We completed our Umrah just before Fajr, without confusion, stress, or overwhelm.For the first time, as I departed from the group—and from Ayoub in particular—I was overcome with emotion. That alone speaks volumes.May Allah reward the entire Bani Adam team abundantly. This was not just an Umrah—it was an experience of care, excellence, and sincerity that I will never forget.
Excellent customer service, fast response and highly professional. They fully guided us through the Umrah, starting from the Umrah package to providing guidance throughout our Umrah during Ramandan. Helped us with the claim with airline for being extremely delayed (which was successful Alhamdulillah).

My experience with Bani Adam Tours wasAmazing, I just told them i wanted to perform ummrah and how long I wanted to stay in makkah and madinah and they took care of everything, flights hotels food tramsportation they went beyond my expectations. What Bani Adam Tours does really well is always being there for you any questiona concerns I had were answered right away, Over all this was a beautiful experiwnce and a wonderful journey I will never forget !

I used Bani Adam Tours to book an umrah trip for myself and my family, I simply told brother Ayoub the dates I require and my families requirements and he booked everything on my behalf and went the extra mile to facilitate said requirements . The service from the first point of contact up until the end of the trip was simply exceptional, the brother was readily available to respond to any queries I had and in constant contact throughout the trip to ensure everything was going as planned. The guides they provided were very informative and self explanatory, hugely beneficial if it is your first time doing umrah and without a group. The team at Bani Adam Tours even went as far as physically visiting the hotel we were staying at before we arrived to check us in ensuring we were able to go straight to our room when we arrived in Madina without having to wait in a queue at the reception. May Allah bless these brothers business abundantly and I hope I get the chance to go on one of the group tours in sha Allah.
