I ordered 2 pairs of black tights and a sports bra back in April and the tights have became my favorite ones. Very strong support in the stomach area for +size, the material is strong and thick so it hides any imperfections on your legs, hugs you at the right places and is incredibly comfortable to wear. If you're hesitating, don't, just order from Bara, the quality is absolutely superior to brands like halara and other Instagram advertised ones. Their customer service was also amazing, my order got lost and they solved it without any fuss and we're polite and nice. Cannot recommend enough. The sizes run a little smaller than what I'm used to so use the size guide to make sure you get the correct size!
I do NOT recommend buying from BARA.My purchase hasn't arrived almost a month after ordering. The customer service is the WORST I have experienced. The copy-paste template replies, that seem to have been posted by a robot, who can't read. They simply don't bother to even read my e-mail before sending a reply. A waste of my time and quite a significant amount of money (I ordered three items). Unless I get a full refund, The Consumer Authority of Norway will be notified.EDIT added: The parcel arrived after a month of waiting, the quality of the product is decent enough at first glance but because of the customer service and the long wait I would not order again. There are hundreds of good brands that can deliver. As of BARA claiming that they have not received any e-mails from me - it's complete BS and false. I had lengthy e-mail exchange before writing the review with a CS representative that did nothing to resolve the issue.
I will leave my review here, since I haven’t got any feedback link from the company. I love the brand and just want to make a constructive review after buying many times from you. The clothes have, in general, very good quality. Vintertights 2.0 has almost no stretch. Bought one size up and just feels uncomfortable. But what bothers me the most is the fit in the butt. There’s a track in the middle of the butt that makes it just look weird.The flare winter tights has the same problem, but it’s super comfortable.
I ordered a pair of tights through the Web site, which never got delivered to me after 6 months of waiting. Some months ago, after a brief email exchange with the customer service, it turned out that my order was returned back to the Bara sportswear warehouse. Then customer service said they are going to attempt to send my order again and they asked me to confirm my address. Then nothing followed, I wasn't sent a new tracking number or anything. Now that I ask for a refund, nobody is replying to my emails. I have sent at least 4 thus far. This is simply outrageous having in mind the high priced products.
I've got the worst possible experience with this company. Can't say anything about their products, but if their quality is the same as their customer service, well, be warned. I've returned my order and, in spite of contacted the company beforehand about the refund, I haven't got any. They deny to get the order back, even if the tracking system of the package shows that it has been delivered to them. It is actually quite ridiculous that any company selling goods on Internet would try that trick, but well, Bara is apparently not shy to try anything to cheat on their customers and, apparently, a company one should definitely avoid. My mistake not to read reviews the previous customers of BARA have left here before I made the order, as I'm far from being the only one to be victim to this scam company.
I recently purchased my new batch of BARA sportswear, adding hiking pants, a sports bra and a one more t-shirt to my wardrobe. By now every single piece of clothing I have purchased from BARA has become my favorite! The quality is great, the fit is always flattering and everything I’ve gotten by now is super comfortable!
