I would give 0 stars, if only it were possible. Horrible costumer experience. I have measured myself a lot of times, and am on the lower end of their XL as far as the chart goes. Couldn't even get the skirts past my legs. So sizing chart is a joke. Wrote them an email about this - they didn't even read it, just got generic anwers like "if you're between sizes, choose the bigger size" yeah, thanks for nothing, I am not between sizes. This went on for a while, got like 3 emails that had nothing to do with my problem. Had to pay for postage back anyway, even if I wasn't really at fault for having ordered the wrong size. Ok. International return aren't covered, I knew that. What I DIDN'T KNOW, because it wasn't clearly written anywhere and of course they didn't tell me in the email when we discussed return for money back or exchange - if you want your money back you pay an additional 8 Euros RESTOCKING fee. Seriously???? That's just plain unprofessional money making scheme. Will never ever shop from there again and will comment every ad I see with exactly this, to warn away costumers, from falling for their tactics. Honestly their crappy costumer service alone would've left me sour, but they went well beyond to make me angry.If I did my job like that, people might die, glad yours doesn't provide that opportunity.
I have been eyeing up Bara Sportswear for a while because they have nice designs and are size inclusive. I decided to give it a chance when they introduced a skirt with built-in shorts and they had a 3 for 2 sale.I bought two skirts and a pair of leggings. After placing my order, Bara reached out and explained they did not have the leggings in stock, so I had to choose a different pair. This confused me because the leggings I ordered was still on their website in my size, and they were for a few weeks. Whatever, I chose another pair.When I received the order the clothes was too small despite me having used the size chart and STILL decided to go up one size for a comfier fit. The leggings I ordered did not even make it past my knees. So of course I wanted to make a return for the whole order. First I realize I have to pay for the returns. My mistake for not realizing that, whatever. I paid a whopping 13 EUR for returns - and that was the cheapest available option from Denmark to Sweden (Postnord). I have now FINALLY received my returns, I dont even care that the processing time was weeks, but now Bara has decided to KEEP 8 EUR from my return as a "restocking fee". This is apparently clear in their T&Cs, but Jesus Christ I have NEVER had to pay an 8 EUR fee for restocking 3 f** items. So I am now 21 EUR down, just for trying out a mediocre product which does not match their own size charts. Nice.
I pre-ordered swimwear from Bara a while ago and the order was supposed to be shipped to me at the end of May. And just one day late, I got a message from them saying that my package is on its way. But whenever I checked the tracking code, the message said that my items are being packed. After a week, I started to wonder how long it can take to pack a bikini. I wrote a message to customer support using the email address that was provided in the order confirmation but that address turned out to be invalid. I wrote another message using the form that is on their website. After four days, I'm still waiting for a reply. I'm starting to wonder if the whole thing is a scam.
I ordered two items both being a disappointment from a quality and a customer service point of views. E.g winter flare tights price was 79€ and after a couple of months using they’re all nappy and seams worn out both from inner and outer end throughout the whole length. The company suggests me washing them wrongly or sitting on a rough surface. Also the khaki running skirt (29,50) seams are breaking up after a week’s usage. Initial they refused to exchange the skirt to a bigger one as it was too small the reason being the return time limit was exceeded. That was purely because their deliveries take so long time, one cannot return in time. This they corrected that afterwards though and I got the correct size skirt.
Finally a capri legging that doesn't squeesh my calves. I really like the fit! It however is more a 3/4 for me since I'm only 1.60 cm long. Now I've to find stox socks that match since I only have very bright colours. My specialist said that I may not run without them. What I also love about their products is that it's a breathable fabric. This means that I can wear my leggings all day (size small) without even noticing. This for example isn't the case with Stronger and Gymshark... With an hourglass figure I would say: ''No other brands then BARA, Fierz or Women's best for me anymore!!''
I ordered a pre-order product but have now been waiting 2,5 months to get it. The product has meanwhile disappeared from webpage and in order confirmation I received it only talks about 7-14 days delivery. Asked the customer service but they just say that the delivery date has been told before I ordered even if it no longer anywhere. They seem very arrogant just repeating that it's in the product link, even if that's not available. Nor do they seem to have effort to develop their webshop, order confirmations or any other processes to enable customer to follow their delivery time in any other way, but just asking the rude customer service. I feel cheated, have no trust that I will ever get the product and in any case this is far from a good experience.
I like this store and its products. I bought leggings, a skirt and a dress. Both the skirt and dress have shorts with pockets. Unfortunately if you have thick thighs those shorts will roll up. I order one size bigger just in case but the problem is still there. Otherwise the fit of the clothes is really good. Also the fabric falls beautifully. I like the skirt and the dress even though the legs have to be pulled down.The leggings met all expectation. I'm 170 cm tall and the legs of these leggings are woderfully long. There is some extra lenght for me so I would say that even taller than me wont have to worry if the legs are long enough.The tracking code didn't work for me so I contacted support. They helped me very well. It took 15 days to get my order (to Finland). The store is a bit expensive but the campaigns are good.
