Mixed experience during my visit.

Around 7pm on 13.9.2025, I visited a local store to buy perfumes and skincare. Most of the staff seemed judgmental, making me feel unwelcome. However, I found two friendly representatives who were very helpful and even offered a makeover. Unfortunately, the unapproachable attitude of some staff members affected my overall impression. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it detracts from the shopping experience.

Frustrating service experience.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It’s aggravating to finally accumulate enough points only to find the item out of stock, and by the time it's available again, the gift has expired—resulting in no gift at all.

Very disappointing shopping experience.

I recently ordered four items online and chose store pickup. When I arrived, the staff was unhelpful, and after a long wait, I received a damaged product. I reached out for a refund or replacement but received no response. When I finally contacted customer service, the representative was disengaged and unhelpful. I had to return to the store, only to be questioned about my order. The entire ordeal was frustrating and could have been avoided with better support.

Received a damaged item with no refund.

I ordered a palette that arrived completely broken. It was evident something was wrong as soon as I opened the package. Weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for the company to acknowledge their poor product quality and customer service. This is my third order, and if this continues, I won’t order again.

Gift availability issues for loyal customers.

This review concerns the gifts offered for reaching the Gold tier. They consistently lack stock for popular items, forcing customers to check multiple locations. Unlike other stores that deliver gifts directly, here it seems you have to deal with significant hassle, if you’re lucky enough to find them at all.

Unsatisfactory experience, never again.

I ordered a gift for a colleague three days before an event, expecting 24-hour delivery, but it took four days. It was nearly impossible to reach customer service, and when they finally responded, they only acknowledged that I received the order. I won't be using this service again.
