Sedona Soul Adventure was one of the most important things I have ever done - it is that good. Everyone I spent time with, and I was there for 5 days, was loving, caring, and very good at what they do. I am so glad I took the opportunity to do this. I can't recommend it enough.

I found a deep rooted problem. I didn’t know I had when being that I don’t think I’m enough when I am more than enough. I am going back and connecting with that little amazing girl that was in many years ago and falling in love with her again. Being 74 I needed a revamp on how my future looked, and this was great.
