I only ordered the free item and only agreed to pay the shipping cost but was charged an additional $59.99 for an upgrade I did not authorize. I sent numerous emails with no response. The phone number was invalid. Paypal was not helpful either.

Over a month and a half and never got it! I would give it zero stars due to contacting them for more info and never got it. Glad I used PayPal as they refunded me right away. Guess I am not the only one that had issues.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I ordered my product then was told hold on this may not work on big dogs, then another hold for battery. My 14.99 order is now $165.00Billing name is wrong. No phone for Customer service. No way to correct order. Only email, which hasn’t been responded to yet.

Its a scam. Buyers beware.

I would put 0 stars if it let me.This website has dark patterns to mislead you into unintentionally upgrading.Only after you buy the first item, it then says "but wait this unit doesnt work on big dogs"So then you buy the upgrade and only after "but wait there's a battery upgrade "What a joke. All of the positive reviews on this are fake! The item doesn't work. Its rubbish. I'm struggling to get a refund aswell.Read this and save yourself time. Its a joke that facebook pushes these ads but of course they would, they're financially incentivised to do so.

Would give no stars if I could

Would give no stars if I could. Check out was confusing - ended up paying £60+ for something quite simple. Ordered on 11 December and I still don't have it. Was sent a pick up code on Christmas Eve giving me 24 hours to pick up from Collection point and when I got there code did not work. Have since emailed several times to ask for refund or to resend parcel - all have remained unacknowledged and I am no further on than I was over a month ago. Appalling customer service - definitely a scam - deeply regretting being taken in.

I was VERY skeptical, but it WORKS

I was VERY skeptical, but it works SO WELL. I don't even have to press the button anymore, I just show it to my dogs and they stop. I got my sister one and she loves it too.
