Back in December 2025, I ordered 2 T-shirts and 2 jackets. The delivery took much longer than expected, which was frustrating since they advertised fast delivery. The T-shirts fit well and are of decent quality, but the jackets were not as good as I anticipated for the price. The size was slightly small, so I requested an exchange for an XL, but they refused, claiming the items are custom made. However, their website does not mention this. While they state exchanges are possible, they declined my request. Proceed with caution.

I placed two separate orders for Christmas gifts but never received them, even though both parcels show as delivered—one to Colorado and the other to Chicago! PayPal refunded the first order, but I'm still trying to get assistance from the company regarding the second one. Their support has been the worst I've encountered! There was no response, and when I finally got a reply, it was just an apology asking if they could ship another one. I declined since it was a Christmas gift and requested a refund. It's been three days without a response! My shipping address was California. I hope someone in Chicago is enjoying them. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; it has been a costly and disappointing experience!
The site is appealing, but the product did not meet my expectations at all. It looks very cheap, and even though I paid extra for a gift box, I was informed that it didn't come with the order. Not impressed, and I should have known better.
I have purchased several items from this company, mainly T-shirts and a couple of jackets. A few months ago, I bought a coffee travel tumbler, and after some use, the lid broke. I emailed the company with a photo of the issue, and they quickly sent me a replacement lid, which arrived yesterday. Their customer service is outstanding, and I plan to remain a loyal customer for a long time. Thank you!
Do not purchase from this company. They sent me a defective watch that looked cheap and was missing the knob to set the time. They lack a phone number and do not respond to emails. I reached out with photos upon receipt, but a week later, I still had no reply. This company appears to be untrustworthy. After submitting a complaint to consumer protection agencies, I finally received a refund on 12/22/25, but it was a long and frustrating process.
The product was overpriced for what I received. I wanted to create a memorial ornament for my husband, who lost his beloved dog, but the image I received did not resemble him at all. I contacted them multiple times to express my disappointment, but they refused to rectify the unsatisfactory product. I will never order again! They do not guarantee their products at all. A $28 ornament is going in the trash.
