My daughter enjoyed her time at Barracudas Romford. Loved the range of activities and the friendly helpful staff. The only criticism would be that she never got the opportunity to do Motorsports activity and she was disappointed with this as missed out due to limited spaces all week.
Harlow barracuda’s is particularly excellent despite their steep prices. Your child will have the time of their life, especially with the lovely ginger activity leader summer - she is so kind and helpful and really takes a hands on approach with the children. Could not recommend more.
Best kids club my son had so much fun. The staff are very friendly and professional. The operation is very well run and I felt like he was in very safe hands. Even after 3 weeks he was still asking to go which says a lot. They do so many activities with the children to keep them engaged.. the venue is lovely as well.
I take my son Leo to Barracudas in Hornchurch and have a fantastic experience in every visit. This is the third term he has been there and absolutely loves the place.The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with any queries. In particular, Courtney and Hayleigh go over and above to make sure my Leo is happy and well taken care of from the moment we arrive. The service from these two has been nothing short of excellent and they are a real credit to the company.The daily activities have a vast range so the kids never get bored. Thanks again Courtney and Hayleigh and the wider team!
My daughter who has special needs attended their Woodford club for a week. Before booking I called and was assured that that they can cater for a special needs child and they have processes in places to deal with everything. She was left with no support at all and was left with other children unattended. She was bullied and asked by other children to say and do things which were completely out of her character. She doesn’t even know the meaning of those words. On the last day, they told me that my daughter had been doing this, which I categorically said she didn’t know about these things.It has been over 4 weeks, and we still have panic attacks about what she must have gone through.We just had a meeting with her school headteacher and asked them if our daughter has used these kinds of words. They were shocked and exactly echoed our fears about her being bullied there.If you have a special needs child, please stay away. They have no processes in place to cater to their needs. I will be taking this further.
To me the best holiday camp in Cambridge. Very varied and fun activities for kids to do (go kart, assault course, danse & drama, dogeball, arts and craft to name just a few), very well origanized (QR code drop off and collection with lots of staff on hand, an app that holds said QR code and shows the day's program which is also on the board). My kid love it and it makes holiday a no brainer.Two things could be improved:- providing a hot lunch option for parents who have trouble finding time to prepare an extra meal in the evening, but all of the holiday camp we tried in Cambridge are in the same bag- better cycle park option: Saint Faith setting only has a few "wheel bender" bike rack on the side of the building, some sheffield stands would be very welcome for kids to leave their bike during the day, worth liaising with St Faith school about. Note: the long road setting doesn't have that problem.
