Rude and incompetent employees (Joaquin). Left a message to have a manager call me back and I never received a return call, that was four (4) business days ago. I even replied to his email on 2/27 and he never replied to my email. DO NOT Bank with this Company.
Terrible customer service, you can only make 3 internal transfers. Debit card has to be requested. I’ve had accounts at capital one, discover, cit, Ufb, everbank and never had any issues. If you like to invest in crypto or stocks, stay away from this bank.
Could not open an account because they insist on authenticating to a phone to take a picture of a drivers license, which will not stay stationary due to latency issues with their APP. Couldn't open an account and customer service was useless. Six figures they aren't gonna get.
Gave me wrong (lower) rate on CD even with the correct rate on their web site. I contacted state of TX banking division and they indicate they get a lot of complaints about this bank.The woman at the bank indicated she was located in Georgia and she had a real attitude problem
My experience with Bask Bank has been good overall. The account setup was fairly easy, and the website is straightforward to use. Transfers work as expected, and customer service is always responsive. There were a few minor inconveniences, but nothing major. A solid choice for saving.
