Bad refund service

The review is more about the service than the product itself. The refund policy is misleading in a way that shipping the product back costs as much as the product if not more by checking estimates from different shipping companies. So you buy a product with a safety of mind thinking you can return it if it doesn't work properly but ending up realizing it's not the case as shipping to uk from Canada would end up costing as much as the product itself. You end up paying for a product that you will not use.

I owned a hydro for about a year and trained daily with it, its a great product and works well. unfortunatly it failed and the top broke off. I just ordered a new one.

My order was cancelled without any notification ore email sent by your sales dept. My order was flagged as a false purchase according to your sales dept. I had to figure out on my own that why was my order cancelled, your team was not of any help.

Hand Pump Unreachable

Well the delivery was timely considering the distance, however the way the unit was packaged makes it unusable. The hand pump bulb was shoved so far up the tube that extracting it will damage the pump. I'd like to return the item.

Does not honnor warranty

Does not honnor warranty. The rubber seal on the device tore which makes the hard plastic inside cut and tear skin. I sent several emails to customer service requesting they honor the warranty and I was completely ignored every time nothing in my spam folder I sent the emails to support@bathmatedirect .com
