The bath arrived without the side panel. The delivery driver rang the doorbell and left before I could reach the door. They kindly left a note stating that orders should be checked before the driver departs. It's frustrating to receive a £500 bath with a significant missing part. The one-sided acceptance criteria in the documents are unacceptable and against regulations.
