I was lucky enough that Lorraine handled my order. It was just a small replacement part order for a bathroom sink, but Lorraine was really efficient and provided terrific customer service. She went above and beyond when the original item went astray in the Evri transport system. Another item was dispatched and just arrived. I have enjoyed each interaction with Island Bathrooms but every company needs a Lorraine. Thank you....
I am used to renovating houses but have never had to replace a bathroom before, let alone 4 in one go. Such a daunting prospect was made so much less stressful by Ashley at Salisbury. He created great unexpected designs that I would never have thought of myself (including an en-suite with limited room and head height) worked within my budget, did not try to upsell and was very honest and reliable. Would definitely recommend Ashley and am very grateful that he supported through this process. Great comms too!!
