It’s UNFORGIVABLE what they’ve done. What these people did is beyond bad service. A quick search shows this terrible company has a rapidly growing horrible reputation for screwing over their customers.
The people I directly dealt with and who are currently ignoring all emails: Teofilo, and Mariah. Though I suspect these may not be real names.
My experience from someone ordering in the UK:
I bought an expensive keyboard, stand, pedal, and stool, in the rough range of £1000. I ended up with only the stand, pedal unit, and stool and utter silence from them about my missing keyboard.
Where I live it sometimes happens that postal carriers will leave items at the front of the house in a porch that is in full view of the street. Items have been known to be stolen. For anything large I always email customer service first to ensure there will be tracking and items will need to be signed for. An easy back and forth. ‘Teofilo’ confirmed that this ‘of course’ would be the case. I’m happy, so I make the order.
Fast forward, everything is sent separately (fine) and I get a notification items will deliver 4 weeks away. After this note, the keyboard is delivered, and dumped, no signature, on my front porch in a HUGE box while I am out of the house for a few hours. Gone when I return.
In short Bax couldn’t give less of a monkeys about this, having told me ‘they are looking into it’ for weeks, and now, deliberately ignoring all communication.
If things go wrong, they will do absolutely nothing to help you. These are the worst kinds of people. I am left with a huge bill at these parasite’s expense.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered and paid for a guitar, but nothing arrived. I called customer service and spoke to a representative who promised to look into it and send an email confirmation. However, I received nothing. It sounded like there were chickens in the background, suggesting it might be outsourced. After sending seven emails, still no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this unreliable company.
The packaging for the item was inadequate. A drum microphone set that comes with its own carrying case was placed inside a larger cardboard box, which had only two air cushioning bags—one of which was completely burst and ineffective. Consequently, the case was loose within the box. Additionally, the cardboard box was partially open due to shipping. I hope the microphones were protected by the manufacturer’s foam inside the carrying case. Good for the brand, disappointing for the seller. The price was great because of a promotional event, and I appreciate the eco-friendly cushioning bags.
I was repeatedly misinformed for several months about my parcel's delivery. It appears there was no real intention to fulfill my order. The company attempted to shift the blame to the supplier, but the supplier confirmed they were not responsible.
