Review Time
I didn't receive what I ordered. I have contacted them twice via email with no reply from baybella. I purchased 2 sets of the simple lashes and 1 set of the fuller lashes. I received 3 sets of fuller lashes. I won't wear them for day time wear. Waste of my money. Very disappointing.
These are hands down the best reusable lashes I've tried. The only mistake I made was pulling them off too roughly the first time (lesson learned, there's a proper way to remove them lol). Aside from that, they've been amazing. No damage to my lashes, and they last so long. Also, customer service was really responsive when I had a question. Will defs be buying again!
I've tried everything. Cheap drugstore lashes, high end brands, even professional lash extensions but nothing worked ever really worked as a long term solutions because my eyes would either get upset at me or I would just hate how they looked. These are just absolute perfection. They feel really like I'm not wear anything, and last way longer than i expected. Also, the fact that they're reusable saves me so much money. I just wish they had more than a couple styles as I would love to try more.
I ordered my stock almost two months ago and I’m yet to receive my full order! I was told two weeks after I was supposed to receive my order that they had no stock and would it be ok to wait for the stock to arrive for fulfilment) I was happy to wait for the delay as I understand that these things happen sometimes and because I was excited to use these as they’ve been advertised everywhere as AMAZING, I can assure you they are not!!! The issue is that when I finally received what I thought was my full order I opened the package to find two simple kits missing (after waiting over a month for them to be delivered) and a broken applicator. I’ve been in constant contact with Janine and Aimee trying to follow up my missing stock and recently also advised of the additional issue with the broken applicator and as yet I have still not received an eta on my missing stock only to be advised that my “missing item” will be with me shortly, and once they’ve processed it as a new order I should get a tracking number and delivery eta, I have since reached out to clarify that I’m actually missing two kits not one along with next steps for the faulty stock received and as yet have not received my stock nor any resolution. The longer I wait for the missing items the more issues with this company and the stock they sell, seems to be arising Edit - it is now the 21/2/25 and I still have not received any updates on my order or missing stock! I have been in constant contact with your customer service team to no avail! If I could give zero stars I would! Just based on the customer service experience alone - I can’t review the product properly as I haven’t even received it yet - absolutely no accountability or desire to help rectify an issue caused by your company Update edit - it is now the 7th of March and I am STILL yet to receive my stock and no response or resolution when trying to escalate the issue - 👏🏻
I'm very sorry to be this person, but i thought the lashes would be awesome. That is certainly what your website and social media suggests. They look easy to put on, and flawless when being worn. I have also been told that you can barely feel them, that they are comfortable, but in reality, they irritated my eyes, they pulled out multiple chunks of my natural eyelashes, I can see the magnets easily, and i struggled to put them on every single time i tried to apply them (i was trying for 2 hours because i really thought that i could make them look good). I am sure that they work for some people and that they look decent. I was so excited for this product as a big fake eyelash user. i dont care what the other reviews say. DO NOT BUY THESE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.
I am so obsessed with these. At first it was a bit fiddly but once I got it right it was pretty easy from there. I don't even feel like I'm really wearing anything which is the crazy part, although maybe that's only because I'm used to wearing lashes. Nonetheless, if you're a beginner lash wearer you should be able to wear these too.
