They keep in touch through email and send you samples until the bobble head is exactly how you want. Also once shipped, the bobble head arrived quickly. The level of Customer Service provided by Iris is the best I have ever received when ordering online. She held my hand every step of the way (even when I had to start over due to my error!) Iris made sure that what I wanted is what I would get. The artists did an amazing job matching the likeness, I couldn't be happier. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
The reviews seem deceptive, aimed at encouraging purchases. I expected to see the actual bobble heads and the submitted pictures. What I received looked nothing like the images. The company failed to make it resemble the photo and retained my payment. I will keep posting genuine reviews about this untrustworthy service until I get my 79 dollars back.
