Review Time
I was enticed by an offer for a free item and upon opening the site was given another offer to purchase $x amount and i’d get another desired item at a discount. Unbeknownst to me they only allow for one offer at a time so i purchased all this additional product for nothing and the offer wasn’t applied. In emailing 24 hours later to inquire they also refused to cancel my order which hadn’t been shipped yet and all products are hermetically sealed in plastic that has to be torn open! There was no reason not to take a return of the unused items. They need better information supplied prior to purchase rather than popups to drive sales! Very upset with this company.
I recently purchased the Rose, and love it so far! I love the first 3 settings, they provide exactly what I need. The others I have yet to experiment with yet, but they seem like they're more for edging and not necessarily to finish the job. Overall, I'm very happy with it and glad I decided to try it.
